Business Development Manager ( Female Candidate)

  • Drive Business Growth
  • Take an active approach towards identifying new opportunities.
  • Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
  • Analysing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company and services.
  • Complete construction bids and monitor and manage bid activity.
  • Coordinate and assist in the proposal process.
  • Build a construction proposal template library that can be used by the entire sales department.
  • Create development plans and growth projects.
  • Conduct market and customer research
  • Recruiting, training, and guiding business development staff.
  • Providing insight into company development and competitive positioning.
  • Recommend effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
  • Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to
    pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business management or administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience working as a business development officer in any construction company (Preferably) or related firms.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capable to travel as needed.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English, Hindi, Malayalam.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Manage collaboration at different levels
  • Manage customer relationships
  • Capable of travelling
  • Showing expertise in a sales or CRM software is an advantage.
